Q.

#asktheexpert My son Ryan is 1 year and 6 months old. I have a question that he consistently having cold in his chest. if medicine is added is fine. if stopped the medicine again the second day he is having cold again. is there any food what we give is problem or what to do for that?

A. it is important to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in children followed by any type of food which is causing allergies and do not give cold water or ice cream and keep the child immunizced for influenza that is give flu vaccine yearly and you can also go for home remedies regularly like tulsi ginger and honey and turmeric with milk
