Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperzature variations .
For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, sizmple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.
Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
paracetamol for fever and pain.

Please check with your doctor and give proper medicine along with that also I would recommend you to regularise your child that is going to help in reducing all the congestion because nebulisation is very very good to be done and that’s going to be very beneficial
