A. hi height depends on genetic and diet . the first one you can not control but yes you can offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. offer calcium and protein rich food like ragi,nuts,dairy products , sprouts, green leafy vegetables etc more. keep your child well hydrated. provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day as your child grow encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling, stretching etc
