my daughter is 8 month old I think she is short in hight her hight is 63cm.what to do to increase her hight?

A. Hello good morning !! Babies increase 400-700 gm per month, 2-3cm for every 2-3 months not every month. So you can check baby is increasing as per that ..Also growth growth depends on birth weight and height. Generally babies born with 55-58 cm some may born around 58-60cm . That also differs while growing. No need to worry feed calcium, protein rich foods. Fruits and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac with pulses grains, dry fruits powder, idly, ragi porridge, oats, Dalia, sooji porridge/kheer. Ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer ,dals in regular diet.
