Give all home cooked meals. Make sure that he is engaged in physical activity for atleast 30 mins in a day. This will help to increase his appetite. Give all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, pistachios, cashew nuts, almonds etc. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give one boiled egg per day. Give green leafy vegetables.
