#AskTheExpert my daughter is one yo now ... how long is best to continue breastfeeding how to protect the baby from this current COVID situation as i am a little scared as a parent

A. you can feed till 2 years slowly wean off start cows or buffalos milk maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water

A. breast feeding can be continued upto 2 years only if all things go well and mothers health allows so.It should be strictly stopped after that. As far covid situation is concerned stay tuned to the covid guidelines and updates,take all necessary precautions,take good care of your health and immunity as ur baby is breast feeding and follow all vaccination schedules regularly

A. Hello dear parent! Avoid going out unnecessarily. Limit meetings on groups. Mask up well and clean hands frequently. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Avoid outside foods. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
