#AsktheExpert ...How long should a women continue breastfeeding? I know that 6 months is definitely important. But I wish to discontinue the same in a gradual manner. How to stop breastfeeding after 6 months?

Once you baby turned six months then you start feeding your baby less. You can’t stop the breastfeeding just in a day. It will take around 10 to 20 days. If you are feeding 3 to 4 times in a day then start feeling just two times in a day and slowly slowly you will not get milk in your best then you can stop the breastfeeding fully
