AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Little yellow is normal. If it is dark yellow or foul smell is there then this can be due to urinary tract infection. For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will guide you better in this situation after the proper evaluation of the baby.
