#asktheexperts my son is 4 months old Today his urine colour is yellow what is the reason behind this please suggest me medication

urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour.
the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint.
there is no problem if the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Newborn pee that's a yellow color is healthy and normal. The lighter the color, the better. When pee is dark yellow, it usually means the urine is highly concentrated and your little one may need some more fluids (only breast milk or formula if younger than 6 months).
