my baby not drink water, she low urine pass tendency, urine is yellow colour, then yesterday urine pass time two drops blood,what reason?

Consult your doctor if needed get a urine test done for your child because that is going to clear the picture about the situation that is there and once the doctor tells you what’s meant to be done and then you can be more sure about the reason and treatment for that
