Q.

#AskTheExpert my daughter don't eat fruits except Banana what i observed she is unable to chew fruites or don't want to chew or she don't like the sour taste on the other hand she chew other hard things like chakli, kurkure or hard chocolate m even eats dry fruits cashew, walnut. in summer i can't offer dry fruits. so my question is what should I offer to eat during mid morning snacks and evening snacks

A. you can give dry fruit in moderate amount. Child at this age are picky/ choosy eaters. Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals. offer fruit salad, fruit chat.. eyc
