Its Actually very less which I should have been somewhere around 14 to 16 KG as you are talking that your child is four years old son and appropriate which is going to be at least 14 to 16 KG at this age for sure so you should try to work upon a healthy nutritious diet plan for the child as consult your doctor ones for this
