NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello since it is more than three months post delivery you can slowly now start with yoga which should not be a problem and make sure not to strain yourself and do not over do it which then is not a problem and as per your comfort you can plan accordingly which is better
