Nasoclear saline drops just clear the nasal block.
It doesn't help in decreasing nasal congestion.
But if nasal congestion is minimal
then better to avoid to give nasal drops in first 3months of age.
If significant nasal congestion night awakening exessive cry due to nasal congestion then give
Nasivion baby nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 4 times a day for 2 days only.
It will help

You may warm some coocnut oil add some tulsi leaves and apply to baby's chest and sole for relief. You may alos apply warm mustard oil infused with sole garlic pods. Give medicines too if needed. Keep bbay hydrated. Avoid cold foods too. Take czre
