Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby is 9months old and when she is excited she flaps her hands. even when she is playing she keeps on just moving the toys back and forth and doesn't really mimic actions. Should we be concerned?

A. Hello dear parent! It is a very normal finding in small babies. There is nothing to worry as long as your baby is active and healthy, gradually gaining weight and reaching milestones. Communicate more with your child. Keep telling stories and sing and play together. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Good luck and take care.
