Q.

my 2 yr 3 month old boy flaps his hands when excited while playing or he throws something away or on seeing water fall from a open tap etc always keeps his mouth in a weird way while flapping. also he only speaks single words but in a certain tune or song like for car he says caruuuuuu, busuuuuu, is this anything to worry

A. it is important to meet the doctor to get the child examined. milestones assessment sof the child needs to be done which will tell whether the child is having any development delay or not. the child will be assessed for four major milestones that is gross motosr fine motor social and language.
