my 2 year old boy speaks only single single words not 2 word phrase also when he speaks he speaks in a sing song manner like caruuuuu busuuuu like that. also he flaps hands when excited like while seeing others dance, on looking at water like that. when he sees a child or boy/girl he smiles and easy go with them touching them, pressing them then suddenly hurting them while those kids of his age do not act like him all of a sudden.is this behavior ok
