Q.
my 2 year old boy speaks only single single words not 2 word phrase also when he speaks he speaks in a sing song manner like caruuuuu busuuuu like that. also he flaps hands when excited like while seeing others dance, on looking at water like that. when he sees a child or boy/girl he smiles and easy go with them touching them, pressing them then suddenly hurting them while those kids of his age do not act like him all of a sudden.is this behavior ok

There are numerous potential reasons for a speech delay/disorder and a professional will be able to lead you in the right direction.

Hi Once I would advise you to get it checked with the paediatrician or if required a child psychologist most of the behaviour is common in your child but still to be more sure about it I would recommend you were consultation because on that basis only we can be more sure about if there is anything wrong and needs to be taken care of
