Are you giving any screen time to the child specially mobile if you are please stop doing that I would advise you to introduce all kind of educational toys board books flashcards and try to spend more time with your child try to speak more with your child talk more with your child and play with these toys teach your child so slowly you will see your child is going to pick up currently it’s not a problem if your child is understanding and responding to every thing if your child does not learn to speak even by all the efforts by the age of 2 to 2 1/2 years then you can consult a speech therapist
