Hi parent completion of six months is right time for introducing food and water to your child but please avoid formula feed please give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee you can give properly cooked rice and beans khichdi please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
