#AskTheExpert My baby is 13 months old. Vomiting again and again, drinking only water, some are not ready to eat. What to do?

A. Hello mom it’s atleast good that the child is asking for liquids .. please give her - be it in form of water or coconut water or lemon juice etc .. avoid to force her to feed .. if asked give her semi solids which are mildly flavoured or juicy fruits or soups

A. Hello, Vomiting occurs frequently in infants and small children. Viral and bacterial infections most often cause vomiting, See your baby's doctor if he doesn't improve. Continue breast-feeding, since breast milk is very digestible. You might find breast-feeding more often but for shorter times allows the feeding to stay down.
