Hello mom You can give dinner recipes which are filling in enough for the child so that he doesn’t feel hungry much and sleep peacefully for a longer duration so you can you give porridges made with ragi or multigrain mix or roti and Dal or soup can be given as well or else you can give Dalia as well would be good
