#AskTheExpert my baby having loose motion, vomiting and fever in last 2 days, consulted with doctor, He prescribed the ENZACEF suspension, senolac aqua, Domestal and paracetamol. After giving the 2 doses motion is normal but baby is crying specially before urination and urine quantity is very less. baby is not drinking the ORS and only drinking mother's milk and everytime he feels vomiting. Please suggest.

you need to give plenty of oral fluids it sign of dehydration For diarrhea give ors  sporolac and natural probiotics like curd yogurt etc  give plenty of oral fluids give syp zinc as prescribed by your maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water

Crying before urinating can be due to urinary tract infection. for this you need to consult your doctor. 
Secondly give water, coconut water, apple juice to keep your baby hydrated so that baby passes urine properly
