Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. if the red spot in the eyes or redness comes again and again and is not improving on its own in next two or three days and the child is also having complaints (watery and itchy eyes) thxen it is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infection (conjunctivitis).

Clean the eyes properly with the cold water that is going to help because sometimes this could be due to some meditation into the eyes into the child or so so that is why this could be happening you can clean eyes eyes with cold water regularly if needed please consult your doctor
