#AskTheExpert my baby boy 5 months old nd I am seeing some watery pimples in his all over body, is this the to heat or something else, I have already changed his message oil ( using coconut oil) plz suggest some remedy.

Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Keep baby’s surroundings clean and dust free
Give adequate feeding
Apply coconut oil or olive oil
Apply calamine lotion twice daily
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
