#asktheexpert my baby 4 month. what caring should be done to keep him healthy

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause foftr less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin writh lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is also very important .

A. Give your baby safe toys to play with that are easy to hold, like rattles or cloth books with colorful pictures for her age. Let your baby have time to move and interact with people and objects throughout the day. Try not to keep your baby in swings, strollers, or bouncy seats for too long.
