#AskTheExpert my 6 month old baby doesn't like castor and potato puree, but takes cerelac with great enthusiasm. should I mix veggie puree with cerelac to provide him nourishment

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. No don't mix it with cerelac and instead you can give soups to the baby and have patience and keep trying and initially start with ragi porridge rice porridge suji upma kheer mashed banana steamed apple introduce one food at a time
