#asktheexpert My 4 year kid keeps complaining about inching in his bum and we put coconut oil. is it something that may have become habitual i.e. even if he don't feel itchy he feels like asking to put coconut oil.

visit your paedritician.
It’s basically a case of maintaining a very high level of hygiene in his nappy area. After washing your hands well, wash your baby’s bottom gently but thoroughly every time you change his nappy.
