#AskTheExpert my 3 month old baby girl has redness around perianal region. what should I do for the treatment as well as precautions to be taken?

A. Diaper should be change frequently and not used more than 3 to 4 hours or if the diaper is soiled it should be change immediately also try to use a diaper with super absorbent jelly which will be more helpful in reducing the rashes diaper should not be used very frequently also use zinc oxide barrier diaper rash creams to avoid contact of urine with the skinjg Also maintain proper hygiene and avoid dampness which can cause secondary fungal infection.
