4 months baby got perianal redness. treatment pls

A. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like (rashfree d/ ezinapi / b4napi / zincal) but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rashd. to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper

A. I believe you may be using diapers continuously which is why too much of redness has appeared as you mentioned to apply Boroline anti septic cream and do not use diapers just use cotton nappies or loose cotton underwear which is what is going to be beneficial and borrowing can be applied every two hours or every time when you clean after urine or pooping
