NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello .. make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and also in the first month you cannot expect much weight gain as babies birth weight will reduce first and then baby starts gaining and if baby is gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain of bm is not sufficient give infant formula milk and using à bpa free bottle like Babyhug
