A. Weight increase karne ke liye diet mein fatty and protein rich foods include karein like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, and 550 to 600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Variety of fluids dein like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, smoothies, coconut water, etc.
