Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. I xCold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Sinarist AF paediatric drops are going to be good enough to go far as of now I would say 10 drops twice a day for five days you can give along with that if you want you can give steam to the child indirectly and if the coldest Divya then please consult your doctor as well
