Q.

#AskTheExpert Me and my 1.5 year baby was corona positive last week, we are on medication since last 8 days but we are recovering now and her medications has already stopped. Though I am still on medication for few more days. Doctor asked me to stop Breast feeding her as I am on medicines for COVID. Is it possible now to start or Relact again the breast feeding. And is it safe now.

A. Hi mom Yes once u stop consuming medicines, then u can breast feed ur baby. There is no problem in that. If breast milk comes less or does not come then u can start with the cow milk or buffaflo milk instead of breast milk. Take care
