Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dehydration is the cause of The Pale urine and you need to feed your child water at regular interval anyhow other than water coconut water glucose ORS fresh seasonal fruits such as the watermelon cucumbers can also be added to fulfill their requirement of water if your child is a fussy eater take doctors health to start supplement and enhance his appetite
