#AskTheExpert Madam Namaskar, I am from Odisha. My wife is two months pregnant. She has TSH 11.07. We are consulting a Gynecologist as per advice she is taking 75 Thyoxine pill. Madam, will be the journey successful despite of such higher TSH?? Any advice we should follow in such conditions may kindly be instructed.. Thanks and regards

A. We have to get the tsh values under control. We can’t say if the baby will be affected or not and usually after birth the baby will be screened for thyroid disorder
