Q.

#AskTheExpert lost almost 10 kgs post delivery in a span of year. Elders at home are saying it's common if breastfeeding for long duration. is it ok? or is this an issue of concern?

A. hello doctor..I am mother of a 10months old boy..I had my 1st menstruation at 9months after delivery..but my bleeding persist more than 10days...is it normal or should I go for medical check-up..please suggest.

A. Hello mom Yes it is very true. When you are a best feeding mother then you lose weight very fast so you should not really about it at all. Just maintain a proper diet in which include iron and multivitamin supplements. Rather than this include everything in your diet to get all the nutrition through food.
