My elders are saying to squeeze the niples of my baby boy, is it normal if not why?

A. no, don't squeeze it, let it be as it is.. my doctor told me to not to squeeze because in some cases it can get infection and form abscess it it and may harm child's life too.. avoid it.

A. It is meant to be done during the time of massage when you do it in the initial week to 10 days of birth when you start massaging within first one month you can do it but looking at the age of your child it would not be advisable to be done as of now
