lost 8 kgs post delivery.. not able to gain at all feeling very weak and low

A. Hello to increase your weight you should eat healthy protein rich foods. Include homemade milkshakes, homemade almond milk or Soymilk, nuts and dry fruits. Take banana everyday. Take rajma, soybeans, egg, chicken. Eat small amounts of foods frequently. Don’t skip any meals.
