Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it looks like extreme dry skin. so ,I advise to apply coconut oil on this. or apply pure aloe vera gel on this keep your child well hydrated limit your child bath time up to 10 minutes. avoid using soap while bathing your child
