Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. I was told to avoid pineapple and papaya by my gynecologist in pregnancy and will advice the same to you.. follow your gynecologist as what to have and avoid.. take a diet chart from the nutritionist for healthy pregnancy..
