#AskTheExpert Is there any other way to get to know the dilation than cervical examination? I am not very comfortable with a cervical examination.

A. hello mum that is the right way to do the examination I think it is better you follow the gynecologist advice nothing to be sure nothing to be feeling love if they are the doctors where you can trust like your mother so please go ahead mom
