it is better to consult gynecologist for this.
for back pain:
please take healthy and well blanaced diet.
take calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more.
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period.
take a support while sitting and place pillow between your legs.
try heating pad to get relief in pain
maintain good hygiene
