#asktheexpert is that mother's diet directly effects baby like if eat dryfruits he'll get loose motions and cold food he'll get cold ? please can you help me with this.

No it is not going to affect your child but it’s very important that you should eat only healthy food avoid eating junk and too much of spicy food and heavy food to digest rest everything is good the doctor what mothers eat is going to help in making good milk for the child does not affect your child directly
