#AskTheExpert Is it recommended to take Epidural during delivery ?

A. Hello there Yes epidural can be taken during labour to reduce the labour pains. It is very effective in reducing the pains. But you have to be well prepped with the ‘how to bear down when the contractions happen’

A. Hi, as per my experience it doesn’t make much difference. Follow your gynaecologist direction and start doing the exercise as suggested by your doctor. And it is good to avoid epidural. Just be relaxed and breathe well and follow the direction of the doctor while delivery. That will be more than enough. There will be not much difference in the pain.Write Your Answer Here
