Q.

I have taken epidural during delivery. I have severe back pain while sitting, is this the side effect of that epidural? How to cure this?

A. It may be due to epidural anesthesia Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective

A. Even i had severe backpain and consulted my gynaec..as per her advice i started giving a backsupport while feeding like keeping pillows behind, while sitting....even while sleeping keep one behind the abdomen... After a few days itself u will find the result...Till one year take Max rest be sleeping & do some exercise...... Only for feeding u sit but don't sit simply for longer time..... If u sit for longer time u ll face backache & it ll b for life long, so avoid sitting unnessasary at least for 1 year.
