Q.
during delivery I was given epidural, but delivery was normal.my baby is 9 month old still I am suffering from severe spine and lower back pain, while sleeping I am unable to change the side due to this pain. what i should do?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Take hot water bag at night time abd layer apply volini gel on the lower back abd sleep on a spine care mattress and avoid forward bending and while carrying the baby or doing house hold chore use a belt to support your lower back

When you had a normal delivery why did you have to take an epidural this is the side-effect of an epidural when it is taken during delivery but now since you are physically fit go ahead with bank associated exercise especially under a trained and yoga instructor this is definitely going to be very very helpful for youWrite Your Answer Here
