hi doc I delivered my baby one and half month ago with normal delivery but t I taken epidural . I am still having pain at my cocyx site. can you please suggest me what I have to do to get rid of this pain. I just feel this pain in sitting position

Avoid bending from waist, bend with knees folded
Massage your back
Do some back stretching exercises
Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
Sit upright with back support
Check your posture
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
It will settle
