Somali SinghMom of a 3 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Virgin coconut oils are best for summers as the intrinsic nature of coconut is cold. Also I have heard that hearing the virgin coconut oil destroys the core components of the oil. You may read more about it. For the winters Almond oil could be used
