ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. There is no need to give gripe water to the baby as it is not required by the baby and make sure you burp baby after feeding by holding him across your shoulder for 10 to 15 mins after feeding and give tummy time to baby
