#AskTheExpert iron rich food and why iron tablets won't suit me ? as soon as I take it. within few mins I vomit off along with tablet and my hb is 9.8 now and I'm 22 weeks pregnant

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is totally depends upon your health and better to consult with your gynaecologist for this and also you should have banana pomegranate broccoli and also have white pumpkin for iron.
